I grew up in a world where duct tape fixed everything, and you worked hard for what you had. The thingamabobs you bought lasted forever. But when something broke, you didn’t toss it — you fixed it. That mindset shaped everything I do.
I’m Kim, the founder of Thingamabobs Co. I have many roles in life, but my biggest honor is being a lifelong caregiver and advocate for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I’ve devoted over 20 years to serving the special needs community — and I’m proud to be the future guardian of three adults with autism. I am also a strong believer that one should never take life too seriously and we should all love as hard as we can, as often as we can.
Thingamabobs Co is more than a business. It’s an extension of the values I live by every day: care, quality, and making the world a better place.
