The outer jacket is a hybrid of PVC & rubber materials designed to protect the inner hose layers from external forces or environmental conditions that can cause deterioration such as ultraviolet light from the sun or external forces such as cars, abrasions, debris, and impacts. 480 PSI burst rating.
